I have contacted the President Jon Congdon about the sales mispresentation his Company is putting out. They suck you into the basic DVD's, scam you with the X-tra updated versions and charge you for all of it. Please send this to everyone you know. This is wrong business all the way around. They should be shut down. When you try to get the product rerturned, the freight costs are over an average of $25.00. When you call their sales department, you are speaking to India. Good luck understanding them. If someone knows Jon Congdon's email, please share it. 12a67f0

SCAM company will get your money at all costs. Trying to get a refund is a lost cause.

If you want to order a beachbody program, you should go through a Team beachbody coach. I am a loyal customer myself, and have never had any problems with them. I also recently became a coach. The program isn't cheap. But it is cheaper than going to a gym. You can't get ripped and lean for $15...if you could, everyone would be. Pay attention. I've cancelled orders in the middle of it before and have NEVER had an issue.

i was placing an order online for an exercise program, slim in 6 or something like that. anyway, that's all i wanted. i kept being offered more dvds, but for the life of me i didn't see any buttons that said 'no' or 'skip to cart' or 'remove'. i closed my browser without confirming or completing the transaction. that day, i received an email saying my items had shipped. um, i didn't even complete the transaction. i emailed customer service and told them how disappointed i was and that i didn't want any products from them. they emailed me a return shipping label for free and refunded my money. ok, but it should have never gotten to that point. i didn't complete the order so i should not have been charged for it. they have some nice products i would like to order, but once bitten, twice shy.

Update: I contacted customer service via Chat. I will receive full shipping refund now and the product refund once I return the DVD's. Talk to customer service.

I STARTED an order for the Brazil Butt Life DVD's 2 weeks ago. I decided not to get the DVD since I could order them from QVC in full (and for a bit cheaper). I closed out my browser, end of story...or so I thought. I received an email on Sunday Feb 5th saying my order was shipped! WTF. I did not hit submit, I did not hit order. and now I HAVE to pay to return a product I did not order! Pissed

I did a Google search today after receiving some P90X DVD's in the mail that I did not order. At first I suspected shady business practices, but it turned out to be a simple case of identity theft; someone got hold of my credit card information and had product shipped to my house, either intending to pick it up from my doorstep or using the purchase as a test of BeachBody's fraud detection algorithms. Fortunately, I have a local PD that's actually interested, and based on some unique circumstances surrounding the purchase, we have a pretty good idea who did it. Bottom line, if you've never had any relationship with the company whatsoever, ID theft is a much more likely explanation.

I also just spoke with a customer service rep by phone because I wanted to pay in full for a product, not the installments. There was no option to pay in full on the website. I have spoken with pushy sales people by phone before but this woman was unreal. She tried to sell me at least four other products, going into explicit detail about each one, when all I wanted was to order Chalean Extreme for my girlfriend. If you keep saying no over and over I think they will get it though.

I have called several times regarding cancellation of products and charges to my card. However, the company has decided to ship more product and charge me for membership I cancelled months ago. When I called the company I was told it was a computer glich. I think the only way this company stops ripping people off is to close it.

When you order they do have other offerings. If you are so dumb you just click yes to everything then you may have ordered extra stuff. There is always a no button. Also, there is a recap at the end. If you spend 15 seconds before paying you will see that. It is so pathetic everyone wants to blame someone else for there lack of attention.
