| 1. Written by FCC Attorney, on 16-10-2008 01:07 I ordered the P90X system and paid for express shipping. more than 3 weeks later, still nothing. I called and cancelled and asked for a refund and they said no so I disputed the charge with my CC company. Pakcage arrived a week later and I shipped it right back via Fedex and saved the tracking number. FOur months later now and they recharged my card and said that they didn't receive the package back. I have filed a complaint in LA County Superior Court and am going to spank these A$$holes for alot of $$$ :-) |

Clearly you had a bad experience, but to say they are a scam is not right. They are a legitimate company helping thousands of people reach their goals and lose weight. |

I DID make a mistake on ordering and after 4 phone calls to so called, customer service, was satisfied that my mistake was rectified. I am very thankful that I have a great credit card company who has been very helpful in getting the charges off my bill. Also, I have written 4 survey's to the company and 1 to the VP of Customer Service. You think they could be courteous and write back? Never happened. I will never do business with this company and will be more vigilant about doing any business from an infomercial ever again. That was my first mistake. |

I have the customer service all they do is tranfer you and give you BS after BS I ordered 1 P90x system and 1 pull up bar, I was charged for 3 pull up bars and 2 P90X systems!!! I think I will also contact the BBB b/c this is BS everything I have had to do through and all the time I've wasted on this company! UGH! |

This also means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. I am human too and I know how frustrating that can be! Especially when its about your finances! Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness. I have been using power 90 for a while now and lost over 110lbs. The customer service is not the best. I recommend contacting your coach to see if they can help or send me an email and i'll see what i can do. |
