Beach Body is Fraudulent & Dishonest with Returned Products

I ordered the workout DVD's and felt that the initial claims of the body slimming DVD were false advertising. I returned the product for a full refund through the USPS with delivery confirmation. It's been 1month since I've returned the DVD's and I have yet to see a credit on my AMEX. I called and spoke to someone from India that basically read a script and I asked why I kept receiving additional charges when I have confirmation that the package was successfully returned. They claimed that the package was never received which is just so convienent. Beach Body is a scam and I wish I had read these complaints sooner. I AM REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB!!

anybody else find it ironic that Ciji complains about ordering two p90x programs and then comments TWICE on this post

maybe some of you guys should owe up to your mistakes.
Sure beachbody may get things messed up sometimes, but so do consumers.

I hate this company! I have the customer service all they do is tranfer you and give you BS after BS I ordered 1 P90x system and 1 pull up bar, I was charged for 3 pull up bars and 2 P90X systems!!! I think I will also contact the BBB b/c this is BS everything I have had to do through and all the time I've wasted on this company! UGH!

I am sorry your experiance with the program was not wat you expected. which program did you use? I have been using power 90 for a while now and lost over 110lbs. The customer service is not the best.
