The Beachbody 10-Minute Trainer Program was expensive, did NOT work, and could not be returned even with their 30-day money back guarantee. The product I received was also not "as shown" on the website. This product incoporated a 4-week/28-day program, leaving 2 days to return it and get your money back, which is impossible if you complete the program! I did complete it with NO results, tried to return it, but was told by someone probably in India who could barely speak English that the 30 days had passed and there was nothing they could do. I will never order another product from this company.

I have been doing this for a little over 2 weeks and have lost over 15lbs. You do have to change your diet though. Lost most of my weight in the first week. I don't know anything about return or cost issues though, since I am borrowing it from a friend and didn't actually purchase it myself.

My name is Pierre and after reading everyone’s complaints about our company I have personally set out to try and help solve the problems some of you all seem to be having. I will only have access to this email account, so please I express patience if I have not responded in 24 hours. This also means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. I am human too and I know how frustrating that can be! Especially when its about your finances! Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness. I pledge to make that happen for everyone. Thanks and I look forward to helping solve some of your problems and issues!

bait and switch. the infomercial said call within 6 minutes and get this bonus stuff. they when i called they offered it at an additional charge. i said forget it and hung up.

If you workout but don't change your diet, it will not help! I have lost a substantial amount of weight and inches by following the program completely as it was designed. Was it easy? No! But it was worth it!!

I love the Ten Minute Trainer. For the person who tired to log into the message boards, you did have to create a new account the first time you used the message boads. I was confused at first since I have a customer account.
Also the company is based out of California and I have talked to their customer service numerous times for different reasons. Everytime it was someone in CA who spoke English as a first language. Also I have never had any problem receiving my ordered items or getting proper replacments. Since joining the team in April, I have lost 41 pounds; over 30 inches; Went from a size 18 to a size 6. Ten Minute Trainer has helped me tone parts of my body that need it from losing so much weight.
 Sorry to hear that anyone has had problems with the products. I still really love them.

I have had nothing but GOOD experience with Beachbody. I don't get it......the videos are great and the on line support just as good.

I don't have a problem with the workout (yet), since I haven't had the time to use it, but my big problem with this company is that they overcharged me on my tax and shipping. Tax should have been $6.67, it was $8.22 (I have filed a complaint with Ohio Comptroller's tax fraud department). Yes, this is only $1.55, however, I'm sure they do this to ALL their customers. Shipping for a 3 pound box that took a week to get here was over $18. I know that that is way too much. I have canceled my membership. When talking to their customer service guy, he told me that the company could charge whatever they wanted to! Don't buy anything from this company.

I ordered this 10 minute trainer and the company refused to refund the second payment, and charged my card even after they received my return. Luckily, I have documentation and am disputing w/credit card co. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. BUY THE 90 DAY Product on EBAY. This is the worst company EVER!!

It took 20 days for my 10-min trainer to arrive. I have emailed with no replies. I have to call an 800 number to cancel the "free" 30-day membership to Team Beachbody. I cannot find out what it will cost if I don't cancel. I have registered twice at the site...it let me in, but would not accept my login to the message boards. I just wanted to see if anyone in the Club had similar experiences. I'm cancelling and telling everyone I know to stay away from this unresponsive, unethical company. The $ signs are so big in their eyes, they cannot see that we are "customers".
