how can i send this insanity stuff back?called several times they say they'll send the address to my e-mail but haven't got it....sooo,can anyone help? thanks......

ya sounded good on T.V.but not so good when i got my statement from my bank.and i recieved more stuff then i ordered.told the person on the phone i wanted just the DVDs and got an whole lot of stuff....so customer service, FAILED.... why r poeple like that?i worked to hard for my money.and times r hard guess i'll just wait and see if i get the e-mail......

I have sent these vitamins back twice and I requested that no more products to be sent to me or deducted from my debit card. This is the last time I am returning and paying for the shipment.

If this happens again, I will report this company to the Department of Justice. What you are doing is illegal.

The vits. were not ordered by me and I have requested that this be stopped.

PLEASE stop sending me the vitamins and charging me for them! I never wanted them and never took them!

I have returned them to the Grove City warehouse and STILL am being charged the $101.91 for the vitamins. I canceled on 4/6/2015 #5670****. I sent the package by US mail to the warehouse (which is 15 miles from where I live!) over a month ago, and I am STILL being charged! My RA# is 172****.

It was written and clearly marked on the package. If I don't get my full refund for $101.91, I am writing the Better Business Bureau because this is a SCAM!!!!

You might HAVE agreed to the extras without even knowing. They DO offer you extra "purchases" when you authorize your first purchase.

Did you really listen to what the representative was saying on the phone, or just so excited about the product you wanted you didn't really hear ALL of the questions.

BEACHBODY DOES NOT send unauthorized shipments to thier customers. Sorry about your bad experience.
