Beachbody ***. They are rip off artists and think the consumers are stupid. Ordered a video and somehow was signed up for some team membership for $38.00 a month. Don't know this until you get your credit card bill the next month.

Sent email to cancel. Got a confirmation number. Guess what? Was charged again, putting my credit card over the limit. Now I have to pay $30.00 over limit fee. Took 10 min. on the phone to get a supervisor(which prob was another csr). Takes 2 min to charge my credit but 7-10 days to issue a credit. Hmm? How convenient for them. Advertise "call now and we will upgrade your shipping to express instead of regular mail." Guess what? It took 3 weeks to get here. Pissed is not the word. My blood is boiling. I kept telling the csr she charged me for the month of june (I had my statement right in front of me) and she kept saying she did not see it on her system. How F***ing convenient. And why can't we do business with the United States. I was calling f***ing India for god sake. This company will never get my business again. I have ordered many things from informercials and never had a problem. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The B.B.B. will be hearing from me in a New York minute. Hey everyone makes mistakes but these people lie, cheat, and steal. They don't care about you once they have your money. Their billing department should be called The milking department and their customer service should be customer dis-service. If you're gonna screw me at least let me feel good. Sh*t, I didn't even have a cigarette afterward.
