I have been charged £38.87 for beachbody club and i am not a member. Who gave beach body authority to take money from my account for a product i did not sign up for.

SCAM ARTISTS AT BEACHBODY!

I have stopped ordering Shakeology from beach body since July 2016 after closing out my account on a phone call to them with a very high-pressure representative whom repeatedly and repeatedly tried to persuade me to continue to order the same Shakeology shakes after many of my refusals. I had paid everything I owed Beachbody up until that point in July 2016. It is now late November 2016. I have received a collection bill in the mail from their affiliated collection agency of SKO BRENNER, Inc., FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER EVEN ORDERED... ACTIVIT MULTIVITIMINS??? The bill was for 59.90. I got on the phone with a woman from "SKO BRANNIER, Inc." and she was snotty and rude. I advised her that I had already made all payments necessary these few months back to beach body early on in the conversation. She then asked me when I had made the payment for ACTIVIT MULTIVITIMINS. I told her quite plainly and clearly that I have never ordered ACTIVIT MULTIVITIMINS. She then began to question me and said "I thought you said you had paid everything you owed money for?" I said to her again, "I never ordered ACTIVIT MULTIVITIMINS" and added "I have only ever ordered Shakeology mix." She argued with me over the phone for about two minutes. After getting really angry and frustrated with her, and threatening to file a suit against the company, she stated that she would close out the account. I have spotless credit. I pay my bills religiously. I am never doing business with Beachboy again. They are money hungry scam artists.

Beachbody - Challenge Pack Review

I returned everything i ordered from beachbody and even caked them with the tracking number. In the same phone call, i cancelled everything. I noticed today that i was charged again and never refunded my initial cost that was supposedly a money back guarantee. I called only top be told that the first representative never documented my tracking number and that they will not be refunding my cost of the challenge pack either. My next step is to call my attorney as well as the attorney general and the better business Bureau. WARNING TO OTHERS...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CARD INFORMATION!!!

Good-looking prouct, very, very poor CS

I had very much the same experience as the person listed below me at this time. This company's policy seems to be, hit 'em hard, fast, and continuously. Before I knew it, I had ordered, apparently, $80+ worth of products when I only planned on getting what was in the promotional offer. Which, as I recall, was around $40. Now my credit card has been unexpectedly charged $22.95 for each of the last two months and I'm not sure what it was for. I called today and ironically, I was bombarded again in rapid fashion, with all the reasons why I was being charged that much. Now I must rethink my plan of action.

This happened to me a while back, this is my second review on this product/ company. I was actually posting a comment but was offered to make it a review so I did.

My issue was resolved satisfactorily after fighting with them but not without much headache. To see how look up my past review.

I placed an order for the basic package (DVDS, measuring bowls and diet & nuitrition booklet). While on the phone with the salesperson I was bombarded with product after product to add to my order "for only $$$" and if I added this product they would also give me "!!!!" At "$$" and "!!!" Free! If I decided I liked this or that product I would be charged $9.99 & $19.99mthly, if not I could cancel. After being on the phone for what seemed like an hour I finally agreed to accept two products along with the original package just to get off the phone. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel before the month was over (by two days!) and was charged! The charges.....$41.40 & 79.00!! No where near what I was told! When I tried canceling I was informed I would still be charged another $59.90 for an additional two months on my credit card because another shipment had already been sent out!! I was irate!! Between saying some things I wasn't proud of and telling them I would contact an attorney plus the BBB they agreed to refund my money, make no additional charges and told me to keep the shipment coming. This company is nothing more than heartless people lying in wait eager to scam the first person who calls wanting to better themselves whether they may be poor, weak, elderly, single parents, college students, hardworking one income families, mentally challenged, depressed, ill or even rich and healthy! These people do not care!! All they care about is getting your money!!! They want your credit card number!!!! Don't give it to them!!!!

Do NOT purchase this program. I did it as a favor to an old classmate. I purchased the 21 Day Fix Program with Shakeology. I read the fine print & cancelled my monthly order for shakeology before the month ended (which was a huge hassle) and received my confirmation cancelled order. When I purchased the program it came with the free beachbody online subscription. I requested to keep that to continue to access the videos. I was charged the almost $40 & I thought that was that until I could no longer access my online account so I figured it was cancelled too. 3 months later I was charged for the shakeology I did not order. I called & told them they acknowledged it was cancelled but I had to send it back for a refund because they had already mailed it. They sent me a shipping label I resent it & was refunded. Then I was charged 3 months later for the online subscription. I called & told them I couldn't access it so why did they charge me? They didn't know so they refunded me both times I was charged. They assured me I would not be charged again. Yet in October they attempted to charge me again! (Fortunately my card number changed so it was declined). I contacted them AGAIN & they stated I never cancelled so I sent them the cancelled confirmation number (I kept ALL conversations) & they acknowledged it & promised they wouldn't charge me again. But I still received vitamins in the mail which I didn't even purchase when I ordered the kit to begin with! They are charging for items I'm not even requesting! I have reported them to the BBB...please please please do the same to stop this. They will continue to do this to everyone if people don't take the time to report them.

Took money out of my account when I had said no to tkheupsells

Bought max30 on 16th August they tried to sell me another product I clearly stated no on my next bill they had charged me £38.87 for something I had not ordered I called and they Louis assured me it would be returned to my account within 5 working days I paid it on my MasterCard account so only get a statement once a month so today 29th October it came and I still have not been refunded I have again been assured it will be returned frank said within 3 to 5 days then Adrian tells me it will be up to 10 days really unhappy with this company will never buy anything from them again. I am also getting in touch with my credit card company to inform them they took money from my account illegally as I had clearly stated I did not want any other products

Beachbody - Shakeology Supplement Review from Portland, Oregon

Beach body is horrible! I initially bought a DVD and a box of shakeology to try. It took 2 weeks for me to get these products now granted it could've been the mail service but right after I had gotten them I was very unhappy. The shakeology isn't good. It's way too sweet and makes my shakes super lumpy after being in the fridge for less then an hour. The DVD was okay. I cancelled my membership with them in June. I then see a charge for 140 worth of shakeology that I did not order. So two boxes I have of this *** now. 280$ down the drain. Half of which I didn't order. I reiterated my cancellation with the company. They did not refund my money. I now am getting a call and multiple emails stating I owed them 20$ for the DVD I already paid 30$ for. I'm disgusted by this company's "want" for people to be healthier but provide poor products and even crappier billing and customer service.

How did you initially sign up with Beachbody? Any time you sign up for anything, you should be assigned a coach that should be there to help you.

As far as the shakes, the best way to make them not "lumpy" is to blend them with ice. I usually do 1-1/2 cups of water or almond milk and blend it. It comes out smoother. There are also different recipes you can make so that it isn't so sweet.

Generally, Beachbody is very good about sending a replacement DVD if one is damaged. If you need help, I would be happy to help you. Yes, I am a coach, but I am offering help because I was a customer for a couple of years before I became a coach. I believe in the products, but I do think that you having the support is huge!

Call the company. They did the same thing to me and I showed them when I cancelled my order so they said they would reimburse me as soon as I sent the order back.

I didn't open the new shakeology and they sent me a FedEx slip so I could send it back. I took a picture of the tracking number and me putting it in the box & mail & everything just incase they said they didn't receive it. 2 weeks later it was still "processing" so I called, gave them the tracking # & they refunded my money.

They are still trying to charge me months later but fortunately my card number changed & so now the orders are being declined. You may have to do the same unfortunately (they have charged me 3 times now without my consent after I cancelled everything & I have had to ask for a reimbursement everytime).

Collection bill for video

I purchased some videos from beachbody along with vitamins, canceled the first shipment of vitamins after the initial charge of over 40 bucks, thinking that the vitamins were canceled, the following month my credit card got charged again for another 29.95, for vitamins, and no I did not receive vitamins this time. two months later I receive a nasty letter that I still owe Beachbody one last payment of 29.95 for the videos I originally purchased in june . What do you think about this?!? Get the money from your vitamin company ***. I do not appreciate threating letters for messages that I did not receive and being billed for products that I canceled and should not have been charged for. Looks like the vitamin place has the 29.95 due for the Aug payment for my videos, since I canceled the vitamins in July.

I followed the directions and did what they asked and of course they can't find the return and won't process it. Don't waste your time and money. My problem is not with their product, my issue is with there billing practices and lack of customer service, i contacted them via their customer service phone number from website on July 25, :2016. Explained didn't want product any more, $39.95 was being debited from my account over and over again, surprise, surprise another shipment had just been sent out, abd if course I was responsible for cost, I told the rep I could not afford the $39.95 monthly, bi-monthly however they decided to do the debiting from my account needed and would stop after this and I no longer wanted their product. The rep said the remaining balance could be paid off at $20 a month, abd membership wss canceled, I was given a confirmation number. On Friday September 23, 2016 once, early in the day again $39.95 was debited from my bank account then that very same afternoon $39.95 was credited to my account, and finally by close of business my account was once again debited $39.95. I tried calling that same day, Saturday and again today during their customer service hours, their automated menu also provides an email address fir customer service as well. I have sent 3 emails, not even an automated we have received your email response, calls are disconnected, or put i hold for over 30 minutes so I decided to call and email both, email allows for a paper trail. I realize i need to allow s response, and I have also filled a complaint with Better Business Bureau. If anyone knows the physical address of this company please pass it on would live to send certified, return receipt correspondence to stop this, there bilku g practices are so wrong, no monthly charges to account or credit card, they charge whenever rhey want, not customer friendly. Avoid anything tied to Beachbody.com this is my first and last time ordering any product from an infomercial.

They have charged me for products I didn't order & cancelled 3 times. After hassling I got my money back but I keep getting charged every 3 months even though they have assured me it was cancelled the previous 3 times.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest you do the same.

I purchased 21 DAY FIX and just discovered that without my permission they retained my cc information and deducted $41.59 each quarter for my permission in a club. They apologized and said they would refund 5 x $41.59.

They refunded 1 x $41.59. Now they say they will not refund charges over 30 days. Thus us a SCAM.

I love the 21 DAY FIX but this is a scam. My cc is following up and they did not appear surprised by the SCAM.

I am completely done with beachbody!! I have had issues with their customer service since day one; Februrary 2016 until now September 2016. It has been one thing after another. Their service never ever follows through with anything that they say they will do or handle. There are constant mistakes with orders, with account set up, fixing accounts, redixing accounts after they say they have handled something that was their error ( probably because they are from India), credits for purchases not going to my coach, but random people over and over despite me calling over and over spending hours on the phone being transferred all over creation on behalf of my poor coach because she tried and of course it wasnt handle by her either. Of course, these things cannot be handled over a chat, or by a main number so you end up all over. Then...sometimes, they disconnect you and you have to call back again and go through it all. Or...God forbid you change an order from tropical to chocolate. Good luck! The people barely speak English, are clueless and you know the drill. The videos are great. They need to stay in the video only and mail order only business. The shakes are the same at costco for 40 bucks anyway without the stress and my coach doesnt get the credit anyway...so...? These poor coqches think they get paid and unfortunately theyre miney isnt going to them. I think theyre working hard and getting palyed by *** poor service and terrible computer systems and lack of organization. The shake is good but overpriced. Why pay...when theres no service. Better service at costco! Videos are good, but there are newer more innovative ones on the market now like sexybootybootcamp.com videos that do upper body, lower body, more abs and such without india and china and teach eating as well. Anyway, i was so excited for beachbody to start and have given so so many chances over and over...bit i keep getting disappointed over and over. So im done...done done. And so so disappointed and so sqd for my coach and the other coaches who keep NOT getting paid when I am paying. Its so ridiculous. How many more things can i do?

To prove my point in my complaint, this email is a RANDOM email I received just last week from someone I have no clue whom they are. I have been ordering things since February 2016.

This guy isn't my Coach, someone else was...no they get NONE of my money and none of my business. sexybootybootcamp does and it doesnt cost even close.

A week ago, I tried to order a 3 piece kit which is $5.95 per each 7 piece kit, totaled at $17.85. When I was about to hit 'submit order', I saw the small print saying it will bill another $17.85 for another two more months. First issue, I never clicked 'submit order', when I read that small print, I wanted to reduce the quantity to one, which would reduce the amount billed to $5.95 for only one 7 piece kit. It wouldn't let me change the order, so I exited the browser to clear the cookies in hopes to remove the order and start from scratch. Few minutes afterwards, I saw an email from beachbody.com sending a receipt saying my order for 3 piece kit, totaled to $81.54 which is broken down as follows: subtotal for 3 kits is $53.55, Tax $7.14, shipping&handling $20.85, grand total to $81.54. Second issue following from the end of the first, the amount being billed made no sense when each kit is suppose to be $5.95, but yet they're charging me a total of $17.85 two more times, on top of the original $17.85, when I only received 3 kits but paying for an equivalent of paying for 9 kits ($5.95 x 3 kits= $17.85 x 3 months = 53.55). I tried calling customer service and Michelle, one of the representatives was no help as they were attempting to say each kit is $17.85, and since I ordered 3 kits, I'm being billed 3 times total.

You don't know how to *** read. It CLEARLY SAYS ONE KIT IS $17.85, billed over 3 months which is $5.95 a month for ONE KIT.
