Auto payment being done without customer knowledge
Auto payment being done for 3 years now although my subscription was for just 1 year. This is ridiculous.

I redownloaded my app for p90x i put my email and password it said welcome back Edward
But only one video came up

It was terrible did not solve the problem. Bb stinks.

No option for a real person and NO CALLS RETURNED! I want the $191.00 charge on my credit card to be put back...I canceled my membership well over 1.5 years ago...I have left several messages and am very upset with Beachbody...awful customer service...it is RIDICULOUS to try and get away with charging people, when they have canceled!

Canceled my renewal subscription within hours of being charged and they wont refund me. I do not want access for the rest of the year, I just want my money back.
Other companies are so forward thinking and give you the refund and cancel your access. This company has lost a long time costumer.
The athletes I coach will no longer be recommended this platform to find a decent workout. Such an easy fix to not lose multiple costumers.

I cannot call customer service. This is absurd.
I am spending money I don't need to spend. I love Beachbody. I used to handle it all on my account. Now I can't.
And to not be able to talk to a person is absurd. And no one has a phone number???
Absurd. Post a phone number on the site.
