Trying to call within 30 days for an RA and can not get a person to help me. Tried on line and that’s a bust too!Years ago I fix the 21 day fix and multiple boxes of protein shakes…… what has happened to beach body… it’s not what it used to be, and I guarantee you it’s not better….

Ive been laid off my job. I must Cancel my monthly delivery of protein shake mix.. Im not pussed however need to cancel subscription and can find no where on line to do so!!!

It was your company I never spoke to any one at Beachbody but your company was quick to charge my bank 4 times at 45.00 a pop so Im pissed at your company not beachbody

Theres no one to speak to in person about canceling or even ordering if you wanted to order or you get out automated phone calls I would like a person to call me back if possible or at least email me. My email is MAXIMMaryan@***.com. All I want is a refund to my card

I have the #’s 4.5.4 on my Roku in the corner of my Beachbody. All I want is to know what they mean.
Went to workout today. The lower corner of my Roku showed #s 4.5.4.
I first checked to see if it showed up on another Roku; it didn't. I then contacted the coach, but he knows nothing about it. I then went online, and AI was an epic fail.
I then looked up 1-800, but no person answered, and I'm unsure if anyone will call me back. It is concerning that there is no direct person at 1-800.

Preferred solution: I just want an answer concerning me

Completely unsuccessful, there's no complete automation system because sometimes you just need to talk to a person. This was a totally frustrating experience and I am not a happy customer. I needed to return a product and exchange it and there was no way to get any answers on how to do that whatsoever
I have been trying for several months to change the flavor of my delivery but there has been no response to any communication I have attempted to send and there's no clear way to get a hold of a functional part of customer service to make this change.
User's recommendation: Whatever flavor you order is likely to be yours for a really long time unless you can figure out a way to find out what other flavors are available for Shakeology individual packets.

They could refund my money when Im not using there services! I wanted to cancel my subscription and had troubles doing it so it went through.
And I spoke with someone a few days later through a text chat and told me that they can cancel it for me but I was not able to be refunded. I should not have to pay for something for the year that is not being utilized.

Still being charged. I didn't order it and can't get a hold of any customer support.
This is $179 I don't want to lose out on because of some *** fitness subscription.
I'm not happy, and the fact that no one will answer me or get back to me really has me upset! I want my money back as soon as possible and want someone to answer me!

I have tried to change the flavor of my shipment of 24 packets each month and have not been able to reach any place in the organization where I can do this. I have left messages sent email and done everything I can to communicate but no response has been forthcoming. I am so frustrated and unhappy with this experience.

Cannot find a way to contact this company. Phone numbers are either out of service or not the department that deals with customer support.I have handed this over to my bank.
I cannot contact this company. They put a charge through on my credit card after the service has been discontinued for 2 years.

I called and tried to cancel my membership but it didnt go through. Now Im obligated to be a member for another year and it charged me.
I have a financial burden and cant afford this.
You have an obligation to send an email stating that this will come from your account and be charged. I never received one
