I've been with Bodi for 6 or 7 years. It has always been difficult to talk to anybody.

This time I went through the process of trying to find anyone to talk to.. nothing like that exists. You have to look up everything under FAQ. (good luck with that).

Chat or text. I selected chat and it was talking to AI. Not very effective. Finally after a very long tine as the response was as slow as molasses the system escalated the problem.

Yeah or so I thought. the next day I received an email that said " we don't monitor peoples activities" so we can't answer your question. Isn't that just great. So I used my phone to see if I could find out the answer to my problem.

I only wanted to know after completing my program in November why I did't get a badge yet. And why I got a badge for another program with 6 classes remaining. The answer to the first question was that I missed a class so I took it and got the badge. Never got an answer for questions #2.

There was a 3rd question about inaccurate counting of my bike classes of which I'll never get an answer to either. So for anyone looking to actually talk to someone or to get any answers whatsoever...

Here is my answer!!! Forget about it!!!

Refund on my canceled subscription

I have been searching for a customer service line to get a hold of Team Beachbody. The phone number online hangs up on you.

I was charged for a subscription that I canceled last year, and I'm trying to get my refund back, but of course, there's no customer service number. I think this is terrible that a huge fitness company doesn't have a customer service line available.

No option for a real person and NO CALLS RETURNED! I want the $191.00 charge on my credit card to be put back...I canceled my membership well over 1.5 years ago...I have left several messages and am very upset with Beachbody...awful customer service...it is RIDICULOUS to try and get away with charging people, when they have canceled!

It is overall a TERRIBLE Customer Service...no real person to talk to and leaving messages and never receiving a call back...REFUND MY CREDIT CARD!

Completely unsuccessful, there's no complete automation system because sometimes you just need to talk to a person. This was a totally frustrating experience and I am not a happy customer. I needed to return a product and exchange it and there was no way to get any answers on how to do that whatsoever

If you expect to have a service like this, then you NEED to have a customer service department that can help people real time!!! I can’t tell you how long it took me to figure out my problem , which resulted in me only wanting to cancel
My subscription PERMANENTLY!! I’ve been a Beachbody customer for DECADES and apart from not being able to purchase dvds anymore, this is the dumbest company decision I’ve seen you make. Shame on you Beachbody.
