Was paying 119.95/99 now over 170. Not satisfied with the live feed.

The live workouts. Dont care to have all that. Dont care to pay that much for things I do not use nor care to use.

I prefer just the pre recorded workouts. Makes it easier and more convenient for myself and for what I prefer to do.

The subscription renewed Without my permission. They withdraw money from a card that they had on file that expired months ago.

And when I saw that they withdraw the money? I called them basically the day after saying I cancel this months ago.

And they said they have no info on me cancelling. But the point is that they should have never even taken money from that expired credit card.

No Refund Policy

Within 10daysof being charged (when I realized we'd been charged) for another annual subscription, I called to cancel. We haven't used the service in at least a year and there was no need to keep it.

Their customer service number was impossible to find. When I did finally find it and get in contact, they told me there was no refund available because "the policy changed" and that I would have to send some escalation ticket to have chance of a refund. That's crooked and beyond frustrating. It's businesses like this that are making a very bad rap for the good subscription model businesses that still treat you like a human.

They also give you no heads up that you're renewal is coming up or even an emailed receipt when they do charge you. You just find out on a credit card or bank statement that you've been charged. They've also drastically increased the prices since we joined. Was a 100/yr a couple years ago.

now it's 180/yr. The price is ridiculous and this company is dirty.

Im ok with the pre recorded workouts. Dont want to pay the 170+. that a bit high for what I am using.

Like I said I dont do the live stuff, just whats already been recorded and placed in the Library. Dont have that kind of money to spend for what little I use.

Worst customer service ever! Tried canceling my order several times!

They charged my credit card $128.19 on July 17, 2024. Called customer service the package didnt even leave the warehouse. Couldnt cancel it and charged me and shipped a product i hate! However ironically enough I changed the shippers name right after talking to customer service and that got changed but still shipped it.

Now theyre charging me additional $12.00 for a return label!! Worst company ever and biggest scam artists ever! Never buy from them!

PS they lie too the never send out emails! They charge your credit card and you cant cancel memberships or orders!

They auto renew subscription with no warning

It's amazing how many people have reported the same experience. I was charged $179 for auto-renewal of a subscription without any warnings.

I hadn't used it since February 2023. The auto-renewal took place in July 2024. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I also initiated a credit card dispute.

They cancelled my membership but refused to refund the money. Avoid this company at all costs!

If they had resolved the issue correctly, I would likely return to their service when needed. Based on the way they handled my situation, as this point, I won’t be back.

Subscribed to Beachbody during COVID when everyone was stuck inside as a way to stay in shape. Used it for 3 1/2 years, then started using a rowing machine and walking a lot.

I got marketing emails every single day. Time for renewal? Nothing. No email 'hey!

your subscription is about to renew.' Nothing. Subscription renews. I called the day of renewal to cancel. Sorry...it's in our Terms of Service-- you must cancel before renewal and we're not giving you your money back.

Fine. I'll dispute it with my credit card. Two months later, the credit card company declined the dispute, saying it was in their Terms of Service. So now I have a Beachbody subscription for $191.53 for 4/7/24-25 that is canceled--can't use it--but they won't give me my money back.

I dare not say reenact my subscription because it will be all they need to get my subscription going again. I paid for a future service that I CANNOT USE. I've never dealt with a company like this ever. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE -- regardless of how great their models make their workouts appear.

This is bad business, Beachbody.

I am over two months trying to a refund from Cult Beauty. I returned a curling iron, it took days to get even an email from them acknowledging this and since i returned on 14th May with inclusion of my return postage of €15, I haven't received any acknowledge.

I have sent loads of messages to them. Their customer service is disgraceful

They are complete crooks. There are better platforms out there with better customer service.

Need p90x replacement dvds

I paid for lifetime replacement of p90x dvds, called to get replacement and I was told that I didnt have any replacement warranty. Very disappointed.

Zero Customer Service - Just want your money

I do not have an active Beachbody account, but they still keep charging me for a full year membership. I have tried reaching out in every possible way to get a resolution for my problem and be refunded their charges and no one from multiple avenues has ever responded to any of my inquiries.

It is also very hard to find anyone number to call ot active customer service email. They have a fake online chat that no one is at.

I have no way of having control over my account as a subscription was canceled after the first time I used it.

I am very frustrated to have no answers after ALL the time Ive spent trying to get this solved.

I canceled my membership four years ago and just looked at my credit card statement because I haven't used that card in over three years, other than for Beachbody. However, they charged me $179 every May for the past three years, even though it says my membership was canceled.

Was guaranteed express shipping 14 days ago. Item still hasn't shipped.

Every time I call they tell me I'll get the item by tomorrow but it never ships. They make zero effort to help you.

Beachbody Shakeology Review

Canelled and was still charged 15 dollars a month for some support mumbo jumbo. Took me 4 months to stop them.

Finally had to contact my bank Dont sign up or you will never get away. This company also has a F with the bbb for not following up on complaints .

After reviewing your account, we confirmed you enrolled as a Team Beachbody Independent Coach and also in Shakeology Home Direct. Your Shakeology cancellation was received and processed on 6/23/2016; however, you did not request to cancel your Coach account. As a Coach, you are charged a Business Service Fee of $15.95 until you decide to cancel.

A signature is required to cancel your Coach account because it is considered an independent business. This is to ensure understanding of responsibilities and actions moving forward, even if commissions were not disbursed. This process is separate and distinct from cancelling your home direct shipments. We did not receive your request to cancel your Coach account until 11/19/2016 which explains the billing you described in your review from June to November.

To make up for any misunderstanding of the TBB Independent Coach enrollment, policies, and/or procedures, we have refunded your last two Business Service Fees as a courtesy. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Beachbody On Demand -- Work Out ANYWHERE!

I love how I can do P90X3 anywhere on Beachbody On Demand. I love it!

I own the DVDs, which I used while traveling until my portable DVD player broke. Now, with the On Demand service, I can stream from my hotel room, hotel gyms, my office, whereever! I have done X3 Dynamix on the beach in front of our timeshare in Waikiki, and outside an ice fishing trailer in below zero. I had two major breakthroughts in YogaX on my yoga mat on the ice, in fact, reaching positions I could never do before.

I can fit routines in day and night. I feel incredible. At age 49, I have lost 72 lbs! I have gobs of energy.

I think about Beachbody programs every day. I look forward to exercising, which I never did before. My wife likes 21 Day Fix, while I go between P90X3 and INSANITY, and sometimes the daily challenges (Challenge Du Jour).

I do plan to try other programs like Beachbody's Yoga Studio, and I can, because it's all on demand! -- Kevin M.

Beachbody Focus T25 review -- I am more confident and happy!

Since I began the Beachbody program (Focus T25) my life has changed for the better. I lost 60 pounds in 8 months!

I had a lot of weight to lose, and I knew it was going to take dedication. I ordered the Beachbody Focus T25 Challenge Pack with Shakeology, and I followed it as closely as I could, drinking my shakes every day and exercising 5 days a week. … Slowly my muscles became firmer and stronger. I noticed my body getting more and more toned, and the inches started to come off.

I became happier every week and even more determined. The results were exciting. I was very proud I persevered. I am lean and toned and love the way my body looks.

The exercises make feel great! I am more more energetic. I have more stamina. I am stronger and more flexible.

My kids even tell me I look great, and they love that I do more with them. I am more confident and happy, and that has carried into all of my relationships.
