Rude customer service
I was just calling to ask a question about how I order and make a change to the 3 day refresh by adding a café latte instead of the chocolate or vanilla,and she was very short with her answer. Didnt really tell me where I could go to get help. Just basically seemed like she just wanted to get off the phone and did not do anything to help me and her attitude about it was not pleasant.

When I purchased my membership after cancelling my previous membership of BODi one of the programs that I purchased in the previous year had been locked! Therefore, I am unable to access the program that I had paid a high price for and there is no way for me to speak with a live person about this matter! This is not good customer service at all!

The day I received shakeology, protein drink I sent it back because I had already canceled my membership. One month before shipping me the protein powder, they withdrew $116 out of my account.
Keep in mind this is after I canceled my membership.
Three weeks after sending the 116$ protein powder back, they still had not reimbursed me. I spent a total of four hours on the phone and to this day, a month later they still have not reimbursed me after promising me they would numerous times. The protein powder had been in their warehouse for three weeks got there in two days and they kept telling me on the phone. They had no idea where it was that it had not arrived.
When it showed on USPS tracking that it was scanned, in the warehouse. This company is a sham.
Do not join no matter what you will lose money. They will rip you off.

Can't talk to anyone. Had to leave voicemail and would rather talk to someone on the phone. This is ridiculous
Inquiry about payment
I canceled my subscription months ago. I was just charged almost $200.
My account hasn't been charged the monthly fee in months.
I should not be charged now. I'm requesting my money back, ASAP.

I postponed my subscription and still got a charged. Need refund and to make sure its help until April

Your exercises are too intense as a person ages, I can't do them anymore.

If you expect to have a service like this, then you NEED to have a customer service department that can help people real time!!! I can’t tell you how long it took me to figure out my problem , which resulted in me only wanting to cancelMy subscription PERMANENTLY!!
I’ve been a Beachbody customer for DECADES and apart from not being able to purchase dvds anymore, this is the dumbest company decision I’ve seen you make. Shame on you Beachbody.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. This company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription and keeps charging your card after you cancel!
Then there is nobody to even call to get any assistance. Absolutely terrible company!

Literally no customer service
I have been a long time Beachbody customer. However, due to a tighter budget this year , I attempted to cancel my annual membership on January 10, the day of the renewal.
My credit card was pending, so I thought that an agent would assist me in reversing the transaction. No such luck. The number I found on this website immediately led me to a prompt saying that it was not for customers, and directing me to the live chat. When I went to the live chat, though it was supposedly a person and not a bot, I received canned messaging, resulting in no help, and a response of this conversation is closed each time I tried to explain my stance.
There was also a message with instructions on where to send appeals.
I went through this process also to no avail- received message stating that appeal was denied. During the whole process there were multiple reminders that these were the only options for customer service there is no way to call and speak to someone.

I ordered this account to be closed years ago. I see that I still got billed Jan 29, 2024 and also Jan. 29, 2025

Think I'm paying twise but everytime I try to talk to someone it don't let me
