Purchased the video's found out that I didn't like it so sent them back 3 days later. They received them 9March, just chatted and hum...technical glitch so sorry we will process your refund to your debit card.

Should see it in 72 hours. So what?

are they hoping that people just forget about it, if there's a technical glitch isn't the package still sitting there waiting for someone to close out the transaction??this is a bunch of *** and I wouldn't believe anything they say. Although the guy apologized I still think it blows that if one doesn't follow up or get a tracking receipt you may be out of the money.

Monetary Loss: $25.
